General Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phppg platform at phppg.bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. phppg reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the phppg platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in the Philippines. phppg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts whereeligibility cannot be verified. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. phppg is committed to preventing underage gaming and takes all reasonable steps to enforce this requirement across the platform.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on phppg. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phppg immediately. phppg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits on phppg are made in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local payment channels available to players in the Philippines. You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. phppg does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error. phppg reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

Promotions and Bonuses

phppg offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time, details of which are published on the Promotion page. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and expiry dates, which are clearly stated alongside the promotion. Bonuses are credited to your account at phppg's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Attempting to abuse or manipulate any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: using automated software or bots to interact with the platform; attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's systems; engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; and using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity. phppg reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities in the Philippines.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phppg platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of phppg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of phppg. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any content or materials you access. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phppg may be used by phppg without any obligation to compensate you. Unauthorised use of phppg's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, phppg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. phppg does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. While phppg takes reasonable steps to maintain platform security and reliability, temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform. Nothing in these terms limits phppg's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the phppg platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. phppg's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phppg with respect to your use of the platform.
